Warranty Conditions

New Computer RTB (Return To Base) s

  • PC to be brought back into workshop.
  • Covers Faulty hardware only.
  • Labour to replace hardware and reload of originally supplied software if required.
  • Warranty does not include software corruption, virus infection or user error.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by fusion from power surges, spikes or lightning.
  • Warranty does not cover equipment damaged by dust. Fans and circuit boards usually fail when dust build up is not removed.
  • Remember to always Backup Your Data . Any data recovery or transfer required due to equipment failure is NOT covered by warranty.

New Computer (Onsite)

  • Technician will visit next business day or Emergency 4 hour call out is available

  • All new parts used in a computer repair or upgrade come with a standard return to Eclipse 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
