New Computer RTB (Return To Base) s
- PC to be brought back into workshop.
- Covers Faulty hardware only.
- Labour to replace hardware and reload of originally supplied software if required.
- Warranty does not include software corruption, virus infection or user error.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by fusion from power surges, spikes or lightning.
- Warranty does not cover equipment damaged by dust. Fans and circuit boards usually fail when dust build up is not removed.
- Remember to always Backup Your Data . Any data recovery or transfer required due to equipment failure is NOT covered by warranty.
